1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides an AI chat assistant focused on health and nutrition, including meal planning suggestions, calorie and macro guidance, and optional Apple Health (HealthKit) integration.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

4. User responsibilities

Provide accurate information when prompted (goals, preferences, and inputs).
Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service.
Do not rely on the Service for emergency or medical decisions.

5. Health and nutrition guidance

AI outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or not suitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use the information.

If you are pregnant, have an eating disorder, chronic disease, allergies, or take medications, consult a clinician before making changes.

6. Apple Health (HealthKit)

Apple Health access is optional and controlled through iOS permissions. You can revoke access at any time. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising.

7. Subscriptions and payments (if applicable)

If the Service offers paid features, payments are handled by Apple via in‑app purchases. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your Apple ID settings. Unless required by law, all fees are non‑refundable.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, design, and content, excluding your input. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for personal use.

9. User content

You retain rights to content you submit (e.g., chat messages). You grant us a license to process it to operate and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, or if required to protect the Service or users.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
